Zoran Ristić is Head of business model and product development department in UniCredit Bank Serbia. He finished Faculty of Transport and Traffic engineering in Belgrade, but started his career in banking industry. Last seventeen years have worked in Retail sector, mostly in business development structures for private individuals and small business customers. He is strongly focused on improvement of bank offers, processes, customer experience, definition of customer segmentation and set up of appropriate business model for different sub-segments. Has a great experience in definition and execution of bank strategy, aligning with Group strategy and regulatory environment. Last six months he is responsible for development of banking sales channels, with focus on digital channels and contact center, as well as for definition and execution of bank digital strategy. Interested in digital marketing concept and set up customer centric culture in order to reach sustainable and long term growth of company.
