FON Alumni with a PhD in Information systems and Quantitative management, with over 8 years of professional experience in major telecommunications operator in Serbia and West Balkans region, executed significant number of projects in section for products and services development in mobile telephony for residential segment, and for last two and a half years - in intelligent automation of business processes within the company. Starting the professional career in Telekom Serbia product management team, managed projects in prepaid segment, followed by coordination of postpaid and roaming segment for B2C, during the period of 6 years. For the last 2,5 years, focused on data science, machine learning projects, real time marketing automation and its applicability on overall improvement of internal business processes, as well as technological enablement of customer value management activities within company long-term business strategy. Leading a team of expert data analysts, data scientists and machine learning engineers, managing several advanced analytics and Big Data projects. For the last 10 years, from a scientific perspective, interested heavily in SME, family business management and decision support systems in Serbia and Europe. Written and published over 50 research and conference papers (7 research papers published in international journals indexed in WoS).

Workshop: SAS Visual Analytics 1 for SAS Viya: Basics

A short presentation covering implementation of machine learning use case with potential practical use in Telekom Serbia Network planning department. The project was based on telco data for mobile internet segment of customers, and it included development of a network traffic forecasting algorithm, with the goal of solving network capacity problems. Main focus of development efforts has been placed on 4G radio access network, by analyzing 18 different parameters. The project was submitted to SAS Hackathon global competition for year 2022.
