Bojan Dačić is Head of data analysis and planning in Retail division in UniCredit bank Serbia with almost 15 years of working experience in banking. He graduated from Faculty of Economics, University in Belgrade in 2007, major Finance, banking and insurance. Bojan started his career in Raiffeisen bank in Belgrade as Controlling officer in CFO area. In 2013 he joined UniCredit bank in Strategy, planning and controlling department in CFO division as MIS specialist, dealing with improvement of managerial reporting, harmonizing MIS reports with business needs and profitability and reporting standards. After 2 years Bojan was promoted to position of Head of financial reporting and cost controlling and in 2018 he got the role of Head of planning and managerial reporting within the same department. In December 2020 Bojan joined Retail sector, being named Head of data analysis and planning responsible for planning and monitoring of profitability and overall performance of the Retail sector, ensuring incorporation of long term business strategy into the short-term plans and actions as well as CRM and customer value management. His area of expertise include planning, managerial reporting and data analysis based on risk adjusted profitability and capital allocation.
The lecture gives an overview of the current trends in banking industry, with the focus on data-driven decision making.
