Anđelija Đorđević Tomić is a Teaching Assistant at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, where she obtained an MSc degree and is currently a Ph.D. student. As a member of the Department of Management and Project Management, her pursuits delve into diverse areas, focusing on business model development, strategic alternatives, key performance indicators, project management, and sustainable governance. She has worked on a multitude of projects for both the private and public sectors, primarily centered around feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis. Additionally, she has been involved in the administration and management of various investment funds. Contributing to the work of different non-profit organizations, she was part of technical and organizing committees at various events, and on numerous occasions, she was responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams. Her personal and professional development is further nurtured by an array of attended workshops and seminars, covering versatile topics such as public speaking, sales and business communication, entrepreneurship, and project management. During her studies, she served as the President of the Case Study Club and participated in several international competitions in solving business cases, both as a competitor and as a team mentor, achieving notable results.
