About FON summer school
FON Summer School is a five-day English-taught program organized by the University of Belgrade – Faculty of Organizational Sciences (FON), the Republic of Serbia.
FON Summer School 2024 – Sustainability in the financial industry is a program that offers final year undergraduates and master’s students the opportunity to upgrade their academic and practical skills in the fields of management, organization, information systems and technologies and other STEM fields, and to develop new skills that could help them in further studies and/or work. Furthermore, the participants will gain the opportunity create lasting friendships with like-minded students from other countries.
The program schedule is organized in such a way that, besides the time required for study, students will also have enough time to relax, practice friendship-oriented extracurricular activities, attend cultural events and explore the city of Belgrade.

Who is the programme for?
The summer school program is intended for the final year undergraduates and master’s students. The program is designed to best suit students with a Business, Management, Informatics background and similar STEM fields. However, the summer school also welcomes students of other fields and backgrounds. Prior knowledge of sustainable finance is not necessary.
The program will help students achieve academic, professional, and personal growth. It is open to the students who are inquisitive and want to find out more about the topics covered by the program, but also to acquire necessary business skills. However, the program is also intended for the students who want to dive into a completely new field of interest.

The number of credits is recommended by FON, but the validation of credits by their home universities is the responsibility of attendants.

The summer school program will take place on FON campus in Belgrade in the period 15-19 July 2023.
Fees
Summer school program fees:
Fee for partner institutions: €290 (Early-bird fee by 10 May 2024: €240)
Fee for non-partner institutions €340 (Early-bird fee by 10 May 2024: €290)
The price includes participation in all curricular activities – lectures and workshops, lunches and coffee, and two extracurricular activities (one of which includes dinner).
The price does not include: the cost of transport to Belgrade, local transport, accommodation, other meals, health insurance, visa, and personal expenses.

About University of Belgrade - Faculty of Organizational Sciences
Today, FON is the leading faculty in the region covering the academic fields of management and organization, and information systems and technologies with more than 12,000 graduates, 3,000 students with master’s degree, more than 600 specialists, 600 MPhil, and more than 300 PhD degree holders.

About Belgrade and Serbia
